Barbell Strength
Our barbell strength classes are designed to accommodate all fitness levels and ages, from beginner to advanced lifters and everything in between. Participants begin with the four foundational lifts and progress into more advanced lifts as classes progress. Prior to enrollment in class, you will receives a complimentary consultation with a strength training specialist to assess your individual needs and place you in the appropriate barbell strength class. Classes occur in 6 week cycles of which the first 5 weeks include two (2) instructor led classes per week followed by a deload/recovery week before the next cycle of classes begins. Progression through the various cycles is determined by performance in the current cycle as well as instructor recommendation.
